Lately, I’ve intentionally set aside time to connect with others. Throughout December, I volunteered at a literacy event where I met members of my community. Friends and I reveled in the festivities at holiday parties. An old pal and I meditated under a tree. I feel peaceful. How have you connected with other people this month?
