Welcome to Steph’s Stack. I’m delighted that you are taking the time to be here today!
This month, I have been focusing on letting go of anything that is not serving me. Letting go has always been a challenge for me. I used to focus on everything that I had to say “goodbye” to. I felt empty and hopeless. Eventually, I began to pour my energy into the things that I love. By saying “hello” to the positive forces in my life, I was able to truly say “goodbye” to what wasn’t serving me. The hardest thing for me to let go of is people. I always want to give people the benefit of the doubt. “Maybe they do not realize how they are coming across.” “I know they would never mean to hurt me.” I was projecting my intentions on other people instead of accepting peoples’ actions for what they are. Now, I am able to walk away from people who are unkind to me. I feel stronger and happier every day. Are there things that you have struggled to let go of? What helps you move on?
Always remember- you are whole and worthy of unconditional love.
